To your Excellency Mr. Ambassador

Greetings

With all respect, by this, the undersigned, Jafar Saberi, the director of Ashti institution. I am active for more than 25 years in domains of Art, culture, industry and invention (I am also an inventor), in Iran and middle east. I want to state that considering the policy of Ashti institution, since last year, I have registered a firm in Romania and I have also made a film and till end of this year I will publish a weekly magazine in Romania in Romanian and English language in the same time in Iran and Oman.

My main impulse is in investing on attracting tourists and art. Unfortunately there isn’t enough space in Iran for such activities so inevitably I have transferred my institute’s activities here.

But during last four month that I’ve been in Romania, I have noticed that considering the capacity of my investment and the time spent for my activities in this country, I cannot have a reasonable result for me and my institute. Therefore it is my wish that you accept my request for 2 month visas for me so I can examine and inspect the market for investing and work in your country.

It is clear that creating work and investing and attracting tourists can have a considerable result for your country which will be an honor for me and Ashti institute, to serve your country.
